Preparation of Valid Certificates
Before leaving home,passengers should confirm that they have taken with themselves necessary documents including flight tickets and valid identity certificates.Otherwise there may be unnecessary troubles.Valid identity certificates include Inhabitant Identity Cards,valid passports meeting the related usage regulations,Officer Certificates for military officers or police officers,Certificates of Serviceman,Certificates of PLA Civilian Staff and Certificates of Retired Officials.The identity certificates for juveniles under 16 are Student Certificates,Books of Domiciliary Registration or Birth Certificates.
Getting temporary identity certificates for boarding.
In case that a passenger’s valid person indentity Card gets lost,or for instance,the Identity Cards of a student is left at the school when going home in winter vacation,he or she could temporary identity certificates for boarding by completing one of the following formalities:
Go to the police station of where the passenger’s Domiciliary Registration is registered and apply for a certificate proving the lost of the Identity Card.The passenger’s recent photo taken without hat and the seal of the issuing police station shall be affixed.
Go to the police station issuing the Identity Card of the passenger and apply for a certificates proving the lost of the Identity Card with identical content to what are stated above.
Apply to the police station of the civil aviation public security organ,which has orderly offices at the airport terminal,for a temporary boarding certificate,When applying the passengers should present his/her Books of Domiciliary Registration,Work Certifcate,Reference Letter or other valid.certificate that can prove his/her identity.For passengers traveling at other parts of the country without any valid certificate stated above,he/she could consult with the civil aviation public security organ for solution to the problem.But please note that passengers should apply for other valid identity certificates after losing the Identity Cards or negotiate settlement with the civil aviation public security organ instead of using flash certificates.The false usages of other people’s certificates,alternation or forging of certificates will result in the confiscation of certificates,denial of boarding and according to law,being handled to the public security organ of civil aviation for penalty.

Bggage execeeding allowance of weigh shall be delivered.The ensure the safety of delivery baggage,please note the following.
The sorting of baggage items is handled by computer system in the airport.To prevent mistakes of sorting passenger should remove the baggage tags or labels from previous trips,especially for passengers who travel frequently and may have a lot of tags and labels attached.
Do not include in delivery baggage dangerous articles that are inflammable explosive,which are prohibited to be delivered.
Do not pack in delivery baggage such articles as classified documents,confidential materials,negotiable secutities,currencies,money orders,valuables,vulnerable or perishable goods,and other articles which need to be dedicatedly tended.They should be carried on board by the passengers themselves.According to the Civil Aviation Law,for the lost or damage of the articles stated above,the carrier is subject to the same compensation liability as that for ordinary baggage items.
The weigh of each piece of baggage should not exceed 50kg,otherwise the carrier could deny the delivery.
Passengers shall not entrust their extra baggage to other passengers taking the same flight for delivery.Upon disclosure of such behaviors,they may be handled to the public securtity organs.
