Pets here mean cats,dogs or other small animals raised a family.The transportation of pets shall be in accordance with the regulations below:
Passengers shall declare the delivery of pets when reserving seats or purchasing tickets and present the quarantine certificates to the carrier.The approval of the carrier is necessary for the delivery.
The passengers should make arrangement by themselves to transport the pets to the airport for delivery on the day of the flight as well as the time specified by the carrier.
The containers where the pets will be shipped in shall meet the following requirements:
a. will not be damaged by the pets and is able to prevent the escaping or stretching of the pets so that damage will not be done passengers,baggage items or cargos.
b. Can allow air folw and will not strangle the pets.
c. Can prevent the seepage of excrement and urine so that the aircraft,equipments on board and other ariticles will not be polluted.
Without the special permission of carrier,no pets can be shipped in passenger cabins.
There is no charge-free allowance for pets and containers for them.They should be weighted together and charged according to the standards of overweigh baggage delivery.
