Each airline has different restrictions on ticket change, please follow the airline's regulations to go through the procedures for ticket change.

Refunds can only be handled at the ticket office of the carrier or its sales agent at the original ticket issuing place, flight departure place and travel termination place..

The fare can only be refunded to the passenger listed on the ticket or the payer of the ticket.

Children who have reached the age of 2 and under the age of 12 on the date of departure should purchase children ticket.

3、For domestic air tickets, children tickets shall be purchased according to 50% of the ordinary full fare for adults on the same flight, free of airport construction fee, and 50% of fuel surcharge, besides seats shall be provided.

4、Children accompanied by adults on international air tickets can enjoy 75% of the adult sales price. Individual airlines are slightly different on individual routes. Airport construction fee shall be exempted, and other taxes shall be subject to the provisions of the airline.

5、China Southern Airlines regulations on transporting children and infants:
  

    (1) Domestic flights: Each adult passenger over 18 years old with civil capacity may take along 2 children under 12 years old at most during a flight.

    (2) Children exceeding the specified number (including those who should buy adult ticket) must be treated as unattended children during flight.

A child older than 14 days but younger than 2 years on the date of departure should buy an infant ticket.

Each airline has different restrictions on infant tickets. Please follow the airline's regulations to complete the procedures for purchasing infant tickets.

3、Domestic air tickets shall be purchased at 10% of the full adult ticket price of the same flight, free of airport construction fee and fuel surcharge, and seats are not provided.

4、If a separate seat is required for an infant, passenger should purchase a children ticket.

5、When every adult passenger carries more than one infant, they should purchase children tickets for the excess infants 

6、There are certain restrictions on the number of infants received on each flight.

1、If you have a Disabled Veteran License, you may dial the airline hotline for booking a ticket directly. Tickets for disabled soldiers can’t be booked online or via a ticket agency.

2、A photocopy of Disabled Veteran License is required  (only the first page with national emblem and license title and the second page with the photo are required).

3、A ticket for a disabled veteran is offered at 50% price of a normal ticket of the same flight.

Passengers without tickets or those with OPEN tickets (tickets with unconfirmed seat) may queue up at the standby counter of the corresponding airline. If the flight has seats vacated, tickets will be issued and check-in formalities will be handled for the queuing passengers in order.
