Special Passenger Service Reservation Instructions

This service is only for the convenience of passengers to check in service information in advance. It is used for airport services such as special passengers' reservation check-in, security check, boarding, destination handover guidance and escort.

Special passenger services need be applied to the airline when purchasing air tickets. Before filling in the information, please ensure that you have successfully applied to the airline for special passenger service.. Patient wheelchair services need to issue a diagnosis certificate from a tertiary hospital. For details, please refer to the on-site audit.

Currently online reservations only support domestic flight passengers from the following airlines departing from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport: Shenzhen Airlines ZH, Hainan Airlines HU/PN/JD/GX/8L/GS, Chengdu Airlines EU, Loong Air GJ, Okay Airways BK, Juneyao Airlines HO, Spring Airlines 9C, China United Airlines KN, Shandong Airlines SC (only supports unaccompanied children and wheelchair services).

After the reservation is successful, please arrive at the Duty Officer Counter at gate 2 of T1 departure hall of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport at least 90 minutes in advance to go through relevant formalities.
